Free Prenatal Nurturing Classes
Catholic Charities is offering a free 8-week Nurturing Program for Prenatal Families. Parents learn ways to bond with their baby, review ages and stages, and much more. The next session begins June 28th, held each Wednesday from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at 228 N. Cascade Ave. To register, call (719) 866-6535.

Teach English Classes
Help adult immigrants learn English by volunteering in Catholic Charities’ English as a Second Language program. Connect with students and learn about other cultures. Volunteer teachers are not required to be bilingual, and do not need formal teaching experience. Training is provided during the month of July. Call Gabriel at (719) 866-6516 for more information.

Apply for a Mini-Grant
The Diocese of Colorado Springs and Catholic Charities support parish ministry which helps and/or advocates for the vulnerable in our communities. Mini-Grants of $500 - $2,500 are available for such work through an application process. Go to: to download the application or contact Corey Almond at (719) 866-6510/ Mini-Grants are funded through a portion of Catholic Relief Services and Catholic Campaign for Human Development collections that our Diocese retains.
