Outreach Mission Statement

“To serve those in need locally, nationally, and globally.”  Notice locally is first.  We want to help those in need close to home.

Do you know of a local family that needs a food basket from our Parish?

We want to be a Parish that serves others.  Help us find those families!

Thank You to all of those who have given food during and after Mass!

If you can, please bring in a non-perishable food item or two for the food baskets.

Have your child choose their favorite food or snack to give to a child in a family that won’t have it otherwise.

· Put an extra can of tuna or jar of peanut butter in your cart when you shop.

· Perhaps you buy cans or jars in bulk?

· Rice, flour and sugar are staples that every household needs.

· Lowest # of items in our food pantry = tomato products, meat/beans, & cereal.

Thank you for your sacrifice.

Food Share America

Food Share America  is an opportunity to purchase food at up to a 50% discount while helping others in the community.  The ordering and delivery each take place one time per month with no minimums or commitments.  For more information, please visit the Food Share America  website or contact Julie Dalton.  The St. Benedict parish has a successful SHARE site (#208) that is currently using the Meridian Ranch Recreation Center as the order and delivery site.
