Strategic Planning |

Just as a clear destination makes planning a journey manageable, St. Benedict Parish needs to know what we want to become and how we will fulfill our mission as a Catholic community so we can plan how we will achieve our goals. This means we need to come together and dialogue about what we will be and do in the next ten years. Decisions on the ministries, programs, and what facilities we will need to make them successful then become the building blocks for our future.
Please check out this web page periodically to get updated information on the work of the various Groups, Committee, and Teams.

So Focus Groups can develop proposals, Committees can link the proposals to the work of the Church, and Teams can make the proposals part of our Strategic Plan, we need everyone's involvement in this process. The following web pages are designed to explain how we will create our Strategic Plan, provide everyone with a way to ask questions and give input into the process, and describe how you can be directly involved. |

The Proposal Worksheet is provided to the Focus Groups for use during their research and development of each proposal. If at all possible, please download it and save on your computer so you can fill it out electronically as a Word document. When it is completed, it can then be e-mailed to the appropriate Committee(s), or Deacon Lynn.
Our goal is to have a brief description of each completed proposal posted on the Parish web site so everyone will know the progress of your work. |
