Council Meetings
The officers will need to meet on Monday, August 10th, 7—9 p.m. at the Parish House to construct the Bylaws, create a proposed Budget and choose the direction and pace of our Council. Here is a proposed agenda. Business meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at the St. Benedict Parish House. Here’s a map to help with finding us. The next meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 12th, 2009.
Bylaws
The Council Bylaws shall be formulated and voted upon at the next officer meeting on August 10th 7—9 p.m. at the Parish House.
Service Opportunities
Before our next Council meeting, Knights are requested to review the service opportunities that you would want our council to carry out.
Officers shall determine the committees for the members to participate in. Then at the regular Council meeting, the general membership can then select and take ownership for the service opportunities.
Budget
The Council Budget shall be formulated and voted upon at the next officer meeting.
