Prayer for St. Benedict Parish

Heavenly Father, as the family of St. Benedict Parish, we thank you for a place on the beautiful plains you have chosen for us to live. We see in your magnificent mountains the splendor of creation and offer you thanks and praise for the abundant gifts you have given us.

Lord Jesus, as a growing Catholic community, we stand in need of your help to carry out your mission to love and serve our neighbors. Open our minds and hearts to see your will for us.

Holy Spirit, inspire us to plan, prepare and build our future to meet the spiritual and pastoral needs of all in the Falcon area.

Guide us with your divine wisdom. One True, Almighty loving God, you know, even better than we, our needs for the facilities to carry out your mission, to gather, to teach, to pray, to work and worship you in thanksgiving. Enkindle in each member of our parish the giving hearts and commitment necessary to carry out your will.

We make this prayer to the Father, in the name of the Son, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
